Tap water in the East Midlands is quite 'hard' because of dissolved minerals and additives such as calcium, registering between 350-400 parts per million (PPM). These contaminants reduce the effectiveness of cleaning chemicals (Have you ever been to Greece and found your shampoo or shower gel suddenly doesn't know how to foam?) It also causes unsightly water spots when water evaporates, leaving behind a ring of mineral deposits. In extreme cases, these water spots can etch, or bite into your modern water-based vehicle paint, harming its appearance and residual value, and requiring machine polishing or worse... sanding and painting, to rectify the damage.

We exclusively use Deionised Pure Water, at no extra cost to the client, for all our services. This water is multiple-stage filtered to remove mineral deposits, limescale and calcium, and is delivered to us at ZERO PPM. This brings several benefits for both the client and our business, with the added bonus of helping the environment.
