10. Extra Terms for Fortnightly Clients 

10.1 All terms and conditions apply to fortnightly clients, except for clause 1.3. 

10.2 Maintenance valets are provided at discounted rates on published website prices. 

10.3 Other household vehicles may not be substituted. 

10.4 Payment may be made in Cash, or Bank Transfer 

10.5 Bank transfers must be actioned within 24hrs 

10.6 Non-payment of cancellation charges will result in withdrawal of services. 

10.7 Permanent change of regular slot may be accommodated but is not guaranteed. 

10.8 Permanent change of vehicle does not guarantee automatic acceptance to the scheme. 

10.9 Other household vehicles receive 15% discount off the website Maintenance Valet price at any time, the 8 week frequency does not apply.  

11. Fortnightly clients Detailing Packages 

11.1 Clients may request a detailing package to be substituted for their normal maintenance valet. 

11.2 A discount of 40% will be applied to published website prices. 

11.3 It may be necessary to move the appointment to an alternative time and/or day. 

11.4 Other household vehicles receive 15% discount. 

11.5 Discounts will only apply to Ceramic or Graphene Details.

12. Holidays and Rescheduling 

12.1 Where a CLIENT holiday/obligation conflicts with a planned valet, standard cancellations terms apply. 

12.2 With sufficient notice, we may arrange an alternative day/time slot before or after your absence.

12.3 Where OUR holidays conflict with planned valets, we may offer an earlier or later day/time slot, where this isn't possible, the valet will be missed. 

12.4 Where clients continually have appointments impacted by absences/obligations we may require a change of day/time slot, subject to clause 10.7.
